A loyal customer of the Lazéo Béziers center since it opened, I eagerly awaited its arrival in Béziers! As one of the first clients, I felt compelled to share my experience with anyone still hesitating! I purchased packages of 8 sessions for various areas of my body. The results are fantastic; thanks to Lazéo, I've said goodbye to coarse, unsightly hair. My skin is as soft as a baby's, and I'm hair-free! The team is top-notch. Marie at reception is incredibly friendly and always goes out of her way to find the perfect appointment slot for you, always with a smile! As for Samantha, the amazing laser technician, she's wonderful. She does her job perfectly and takes the time to advise you with kindness and honesty! A top-notch team in every way... I had my laser hair removal done at Lazeo and I'm very satisfied. The laser is effective, with only a few touch-ups required about every 6 months. After moving, I moved to the Avignon center and the transfer of my file was seamless. The welcome is pleasant, Aïda is very kind, the center is clean and the appointments are punctual. Since the end of June, I've been seeing Ilona for electrolysis sessions. In just four months, the results are incredible! Ilona is very kind and gentle during her treatment. Even though the sessions are rather painful, the results are worth it!
I started a permanent underarm hair removal treatment in December and I'm completely satisfied. The practitioners are lovely and always very attentive. Having very dark underarm hair, I see a clear difference compared to before, as it grows back much less. I recommend it 100% without hesitation.

Superb experience at Lazeo Annecy I don't understand the negative reviews in any case I made my own opinion and I did well. I was received by Melyne who explained everything to me she took the time to answer all my questions and gave me very good advice (and even advised against certain areas for laser hair removal). I recommend this center.
The negative reviews are probably from a previous team, because I've been with Lazeo Annecy for six months now, and the staff are very kind, attentive, and precise. Results vary from person to person, but for me, it's effective! Thanks, ladies 🫶

I booked a half-leg waxing package with Laura. I saw visible results from the very first session. The pain is very manageable. Laura was very attentive to my comfort and pain levels. Payment plans are available. The appointment times are very flexible, making it easy to schedule appointments around your schedule. The treatment rooms are very clean and bright, and there are often special offers. I highly recommend Lazeo and especially Laura.
