Superb experience! We booked appointments back-to-back with a family member for a hydra facial performed by Alexandra. She was very gentle during the treatment and very pleasant; we had a wonderful time. I highly recommend the Lazeo Reims center, which has a caring team, including their manager who welcomed us, and the lazer technician, who was on break, also came to greet me. The setting is very pleasant and soothing; it's really great to be pampered there. See you soon for another hydra facial and probably other treatments you offer.

As usual, at Lazeo, a great time in a pleasant setting with a welcoming and professional team. The treatments were top-notch and well explained! The team is superb; they're all super friendly and give great advice! There are often special offers on packages, which allow you to pay less for permanent hair removal sessions. I waited until I had 8 sessions before leaving my review, and I'm very satisfied! The whole team is really kind, friendly, and attentive. The results are excellent. I'd say 90% of the hair is gone on my lower legs, bikini line, and underarms. There's more hair left on my thighs, but I was warned that this area would take longer to treat. I'm also very happy with the electrolysis!
I had the most pleasant experience. I don't speak French but the aesthetician, Leila, was incredibly helpful. She made me feel welcomed and comfortable and tried her best to explain the procedures to me.
